Honestly, if that number rings me once more, I'll tell them exactly what I think. It's just awful how they go after elderly folks who are easy to fool. Such behaviour is downright shameful.

Got a call from a bloke claiming to be from India, said it was about stopping nuisance calls. When i wouldn’t give out my bank sort code or card details, he got really irate. What freaked me out was he already knew my sisters name, our address and phone number, and that we pay bills by direct debit. He gave me a number to ring back so i looked it up online. He’s phoned me four times in three minutes and then asked why i ended the call. Proper persistent, and got annoyed when i told him to stop calling.

This number has called me over a dozen times today alone, always asking for my credit card expiry date just like others mentioned. Quite annoying!

I got a call saying it was to help me stop unwanted calls. They asked for the expiry date on my bank card, but I told them my husband handles that stuff and he wanted me to check. Then I just ended the call. Since then, they’ve called me about six more times in just ten minutes.

I got a couple of calls right after receiving a scam call about the Telephone Preference Service. The scam seemed to be from India and got cut off when they asked me for my credit card info. Feels like they might be trying to distract or hide their real number.
