Utterly appalling experience with this number. I can't remember the man's name, but he was clearly of Indian descent. Despite my numerous requests to have our number taken off their list, all I got was a dismissive "No, no, no" done in the most condescending manner. This number is unfamiliar, but it seems like they only talk if a lady answers. I reckon these folks are trying to figure out if someone answers often and watch who picks up the most. If no one answers, they might be planning to break into your home while you’re out. If it’s just ladies, they might try to scare them. Totally awful the way this number keeps ringing and the rude language that comes with it. this number has called me like 9 times in just 5 days, and every time i pick up they just hang up straight away. its really starting to irritate me and now im kinda scared to even pick up my phone anymore.

This number has rung me about 3 or 4 times today. For the past few days, a very similar number has been bugging me too. I reckon it’s the same firm, just different numbers. They said their names were Asian Jack and Asian Dave (yeah, right!). They actually chuckle if you sound worn out. B*****ks! My phone provider has given me free caller ID from today coz I’m going through some stuff right now, and the constant ringing has been really upsetting. At least now I don’t have to answer to these nitwits.

For weeks straight, I’ve been getting calls from these lot nearly every day, like 4 or 5 times daily. I just don’t answer now, but it’s really starting to annoy me. They even use the same number but with 0044 at the front.

Yesterday evening, this number along with another beginning with 044 kept ringing us nonstop and it really freaked us out, so we ended up turning the phone off. Whenever we answer the 044 number, there’s never anyone there. Can someone tell me what's going on?

Some bloke called Jack, asian fella, ha right. Then some woman, Susan or smth, asian too. Been ringing me 8 times today alone. Had to just pull the plug on the phone. This rubbish started last year as well, and when they call again, they just laugh at my missus through the speaker. Absolute nutters. They need to stop hassling us and find proper work.

I've reported this number to ico.org.uk/complaints. If you get a call from them, try to gather all the details you can, like the fake company name they mention, and report it too!

What a load of absolute buffoons, yet they just won't quit. They rang me up earlier today, and I made it clear that I wanted my number taken off their list and for them to cease all bothersome calls. Fast forward to this evening, around half seven, and lo and behold - it’s the very same chap on the line, "Alan". I asked if he could recall our chat from earlier; surprise, surprise, he couldn’t! So, I let him drone on for a bit before telling him to shove off repeatedly. His response? Chastising me for my choice of words and mentioning that the call was being recorded. I suggested he replay it for all his other "Alans" at the company. Not sure if it'll do any good, but it brought a modicum of joy to my day. Typical scam calls trying to blag your personal info. If you fall for it and answer their questions, they'll likely pass your details on to other dodgy firms or telemarketers who'll be ringing you non-stop. Looks like the regulators and phone providers can't or won’t do much about it, possibly ‘cos they’re raking in a fair amount from these calls. Guess the best bet is getting a phone that actually blocks these muppets!

Yet another set of con artists trying to pry into your private information. If you engage with their queries, it's a sure bet they'll peddle your details to other crooks or to businesses that will inundate you with relentless marketing calls. It appears that both the regulators and telecom providers are either unable or uninterested in putting an end to this nonsense, probably because they’re raking it in from these dodgy calls themselves. The only sensible option seems to be investing in a phone that can shut out these blighters for good!

This evening alone, I’ve received a total of eight calls from this number, even after I explained earlier today that I couldn't engage in a conversation due to my husband’s serious illness. Like everyone else here, I got a call just yesterday. Today when they called again, I told them to remove my number from their list. Ever since, I've got 6 silent calls in about 10 minutes, all from the same number. I even left a message on their voicemail saying my husband is seriously unwell and I really don’t want any more calls from them. Now I’m waiting to see if it makes any difference. Honestly, what’s the use of TPS if it doesn’t actually block these annoying calls?

Got a call from this number today. Luckily, I use a CPR call blocker and have added different versions of the number to it so I don’t keep getting called back. Like some others have said, the blocker actually does its job.

They said they were from 'Saving Preference', some kinda quick lifestyle survey company. After getting hit up loads today, I told them it felt like harassment, so I rang back to get their details. Then I phoned my local police who connected me to 'Consumer Service' at Citizens Advice Bureau on 0345 4040506 (you can also reach them online). I made a complaint about that number. They're passing it on to Trading Standards for a proper look into it. If you’re getting these calls too, maybe give them a ring - if we all pitch in, we might just put a stop to this.

They said it’s totally fine to do so and to provide them with any details from the call. When I spot it’s them, I’m just hanging up straight away or politely saying no thanks before ending the call. Got called three times within ten minutes. A well-spoken English woman answered but kept pretending she couldn’t hear a word I said. Told her cold calling’s against the law and asked why they keep pestering me. Then she just hung up on me. If this is illegal, how come they still keep pestering people without consequence? Where on earth do they find all our phone numbers? It’s clear they’re up to no good, possibly even breaking laws. The more annoyed I get, the more they ring. But ignoring them doesn’t help either - they just keep on ringing!

This is the 13th call I've gotten from this "company" just this week. The bloke said he was from "global services," but never mentioned who he was really calling for. I reckon next time I pick up I'll tell him straight that I'm putting him through to the fraud dept! It seems like no one with the authority to stop these calls actually bothers, given there’s been over 3900 searches - clearly loads of them happening. They must care more about the money than making their customers happy. Unbelievable!
