Yesterday, I received a call from a bloke named Ryan, who claimed to represent a firm called NCX Fully Protected. I quickly realised something was off, especially when he started asking for my card details. I told him my home insurance is bundled with my mortgage and decided it was best to hang up. Since our chat, he's been relentless, ringing me at least six or seven times, including earlier today while I was hard at work.
