On the 28th of October 2014 around 12:10 in the afternoon, I got a call about a race I was putting together. The person on the other end, who said his name was Alex, claimed to be from a company that lists races. He wanted to know if I fancied a free spot for my event on their website. After I verified the race's name, the call just ended abruptly.

At around 12:14 on the 28th of October 2014, I got a phone call from someone named Alex. He said sorry for the call cutting off earlier and wanted to ask more about my ethnic background. I told him that his business was flagged as a spam caller and I wasn’t comfortable giving any more info. Alex just said ‘ok, no worries’ then I ended the call.

I got a call from someone saying they were from Express Financial and offering me a loan. Foolishly, I sent them some money to move things along. Now when I try calling back that number or the other two, 02032872786 and 02036080132, which also claim to be connected to them, I just get a busy signal every time. Feels like a total scam to me.
