Never pick up calls from 020 numbers unless you’re 100% sure who it is! Loads of them ring up saying you was involved in an accident which wasn’t your fault - total rubbish and just a waste of time. Just block them straight away and add them to your blocked list. Also, don’t hide your number by making it private, keep it visible. If you’re curious about who called, just ask “who called me?” 020 numbers can be dodgy, don’t trust’em!

What I do is try to keep them talking as long as possible. I mess about with made-up info to annoy them. Sometimes I tell them I need to check some documents and put them on hold loads.
