I’m a bit puzzled as to who they might be, given the prevalence of these 020 numbers. If it’s some kind of automated system, there’s usually an option to connect with a representative to get your details removed from their list.

If they claim they can’t delete your number, don’t buy into that nonsense. Having spent time working in a call centre myself, I can categorically say that whenever someone asked me to take them off the list, I did so without delay. It genuinely only takes a matter of seconds.
If they still won’t budge, just mention the Data Protection Act. They’re legally obliged to comply with your request! :)

This morning at precisely 10:20, I received a call on my mobile from this number.
Noticed that the +1 prefix indicates it’s from the States.
My device identified the caller as Univ Quinnipiac, situated in New Haven, Connecticut.
After doing a quick search, I discovered that it’s linked to Quinnipiac University across the pond.
I’m a bit baffled as to why they’d be contacting me on a Sunday, considering I have no association with them.
Perhaps they're conducting some sort of survey or research?

Residing in Weston-super-Mare, I was rather perturbed to receive a rather bothersome phone call from this number. It would be quite helpful to uncover who it was that attempted to reach me and what prompted them to ring my line in the first place!
