After reading some reviews here, it sounds like it might be the Asthma Lottery trying to get in touch and maybe I’ve won something, cos I do buy a £1 ticket now and then since I’ve got pretty bad asthma. But I’m thinking if I’d really won, they’d probs have sent me an email or a letter by now. Still not gonna answer, but it does make me curious.

Oh, don’t I just know it! This particular number has been pestering me constantly over the past few days, and honestly, they’re a right bunch of dimwits! I tried giving them a ring back, only to discover it’s linked to some ASRAUK fundraising scheme or other. They left a message saying they’d get in touch again, and if I wanted to be taken off their list, I’d need to provide my number and area code. Well, how on earth am I supposed to provide an area code when they’re contacting me on a mobile-there’s no area code there! It just feels like they’re talking absolute nonsense. I’ve reported this number to the Information Commissioner’s Office more times than I can count, hoping they’ll investigate. I've added it to my block list, and just to be safe, my mobile is also registered with the Telephone Preference Service.
