For the last couple of weeks, we've been getting calls almost daily from this number at work. The voicemail says it's Park Lane Services about PPI insurance mis-selling. It’s a pain because as a business we have to pick up, and every time it blocks the line, which is frustrating. Eventually, I called them back today and ended up speaking to someone named Adelle. She quickly told me the company was actually Purple Pig, not Park Lane, and that they’re based in Sunderland. When I tried to get more info and asked for a supervisor, she said no one was available and then rudely accused me of wasting their time before hanging up on me. Bit cheeky given they’re the ones who keep calling us! I gave it another shot and spoke to a guy named Chris Abbott, who only said he’d remove our number from their system. No apology, no niceties - didn’t feel very helpful overall.

I got a voicemail about some kind of PPI thing, so I just hung up. Then I called 1471 to check the number, but now I’m a bit dodgy about this site, feels like it could be a scam too.
