Got a call about a car crash I was apparently involved in London. I kept chatting with the guy for about 10 minutes just to mess with him. Then he accused me of being drunk after I told him I’m actually in the US, and he just hung up.

Absolutely, it's the same old story, isn't it? Those callers with Indian accents always trying to convince you that you've been in some sort of car mishap-such a tiresome narrative. They're a right nuisance, I tell you!

I received a call around half past two this afternoon. I had to greet the caller three times before they responded! Right away, I could tell their accent didn’t quite scream 'British'. They claimed to be from a traffic department, but to me, it felt more like a ruse. I firmly instructed them to remove themselves from my line. I do wonder, though, if everyone else might be as quick to spot such dodgy schemes.

They rang me on this number and also on 7815120674 asking if I’d been involved in a car crash.

He called and asked if I’d had a problem with a card. I said “Yeah,” and explained how Clintons sent me the wrong birthday card by mistake. He just said sorry for the inconvenience and didn’t offer much else. Really poor service - no real assistance! I was expecting some sort of compensation for the late delivery of the right card from Clintons. Properly let down that they couldn’t sort anything out.

I got calls from them 3 or 4 times, an Indian woman asking if I’d been in a car accident. I said no, but she kept saying someone hit my car and that I just needed to confirm the accident. I kept saying no, no one hit me. Then a few minutes after, an Indian man phoned, saying his colleague had called to tell me about someone hitting my car and that I could get £3000 compensation, just needing me to admit I had an accident. I said NO again and told them to stop calling me! I ended the call. They rang a few more times, but I just didn’t answer.

Put my car up for sale on Gumtree a few days back. Got a call from an Indian guy asking if I’d been in a crash. I just hung up. Then he called again, yelling ‘just tell me if you been in car accident.’ Ended the call once more, and he even left a message. Proper creepy. I think the dent on the side of the car really got his attention!
