kept calling me, asking loads of questions about a supposed accident i'd been involved in and if i was claiming for it. they kept insisting they had details from my doctor, saying i'd had an accident in the past 6 months, which was rubbish because i hadn’t. i played along just to see what was going on but when i said i wasn’t interested in making any claim, they got really nasty and suddenly ended the call.

I received a rather boisterous phone call today from an outfit that styled itself as Enterprise Investments. The caller was overly cheerful, full of excessive laughter and what I can only describe as rather familiar chit-chat. They attempted to persuade me to buy shares in a parking firm, boasting a guaranteed annual return of 8%. I was quite taken aback by this "fantastic opportunity!" I couldn't help but inquire, if the investment was so marvellous, why on earth was he spending his day ringing random strangers instead of enjoying life somewhere warm, reaping the benefits for himself? Quite peculiar that my stockbroker hasn't mentioned this gem. Caught up in the excitement, I didn't want to let this chance slip away, so I promptly provided my address and credit card details. I do wonder just how much I’ll end up profiting from this venture!

It got to the point where I was thoroughly fed up and decided to investigate further. I found their registered address on Companies House and paid a visit. To my surprise, it was a flat situated above a shop that has apparently been vacant for three years, as informed by the shopkeeper.
