I often come across this number appearing in my web browser, particularly on sites with excessive advertisements. To remove it, I have two methods:
1. I close the pop-up window and press CTRL-W. This prompts a message asking if I want to leave the page. I agree to leave the page and the window closes.
2. Alternatively, I repeatedly close the alert box until I encounter a message with a checkbox allowing me to prevent any further alerts from appearing. I click the checkbox and select OK to stop them from popping up again.

I typically use Chrome as my preferred browser.

Pressing Control+Alt+Delete on the keyboard allows you to access the Task Manager, where you can end any unwanted tasks. I'm not certain about the identity of the individual mentioned, but if Microsoft were to allow someone to tamper with their operating system, it would be preferable to choose IOS instead. Regardless, I wish you all good fortune. PS: Please refrain from contacting them.
