I got suspicious when he urged me to bend the truth to get the payout. I've made sure to record every conversation just in case.

Someone phoned me trying to convince me to drop my personal injury claim with my current insurance and switch over to their firm. I told them I wasn't interested, but they kept pushing, insisting my current insurer had terrible feedback and wouldn’t pay what I deserved. When I stood my ground, the caller got quite aggressive and raised their voice, saying I needed to “do my homework” and pick a better provider. It was really disrespectful, especially since I’m currently injured and trying to heal! They said they were from a solicitor firm, but I’m not so sure.
