So I got a call from some bloke claiming to be Jordan Ramsay with Insurance Claims Experts. He was pretty pushy, wanting to speak to my husband about some accident that's apparently on this "National Accident Portal". I ended the call when he wouldn't share his number with me, just kept saying it was showing up on my caller ID and he didn’t have to tell me. Definitely not a welcome call and quite off-putting.
