It seems I've had quite the unsettling experience with someone claiming to be Jordan Ramsay from the Insurance Claims Experts. He came on rather forcefully, insisting he needed to discuss my husband's accident that's recorded on the National Accident Portal. I found it rather off-putting when he persistently declined to share his phone number, insisting that it was already visible on my end and therefore unnecessary. In the end, I couldn't bear it any longer and just hung up. Definitely not the sort of call I was expecting or wanted!
