I firmly declined to divulge anything and instead reached out to my insurance provider. They instructed me to tell these callers to liaise directly with them. Honestly, these individuals have no business contacting me.

I received a call purportedly from a firm identified as ACM, concerning an auto insurance claim. They claimed to possess information from a third party, who, in reality, was a family member. This immediately raised my suspicions, as there's simply no way they could have accessed that information! I strongly suspect this is a scam. What baffles me, though, is how they've managed to obtain my details, as my insurance provider has reassured me that they never share any information with outside parties. Please remain vigilant and be cautious!
