I received a rather unsettling call that purported to be from Amnesty International, during which the caller requested my bank details to allegedly set me up as a new member. It left me feeling quite uneasy, so I decided to terminate the conversation. However, what struck me as peculiar was the caller's knowledge of my past standing order with them, which only someone within the organisation could know. Despite this, I believe it’s prudent to be cautious when anyone is insistent about obtaining your bank information. So, exercise caution with this number!
