Got a call from some advisory place that’s apparently in Swansea. The phone hung up on me after about half a minute. This is the second time I’ve had a call from this fake number. Definitely a scam.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from my insurance company, saying they wanted to review my life cover insurance. Checked straight away with my insurer, and they said they don't do calls like that. Pretty clear to me this is a scam number trying to trick people. Be careful!

This number rang me on my phone but I didnt pick up quick enough. When I rang back I was a bit suspicious since there was no voicemail or anything. After the call went through I just heard some music then a bloke came on saying he was from an advisory company. I asked him what the call was about and he said something about my life insurance, which I dont actually have. Ive blocked the number now and reported it as spam/scam.

Got a call from this number, some Welsh lady chatting away with loads of noise in the background. She said they were checking up on my life insurance but had no clue about my policy number, how much I pay, or that the policy actually finished last year. Sounds like a dodgy scam to me, just a random cold call trying to trick folks. Really sketchy and probably a risk for unsuspecting people.
