I received a call from an automated female voice claiming to be from BT. They went on about our internet not being secure and how it could be vulnerable to hacking. There were prompts to press certain numbers for more info. My mother-in-law accidentally pressed '2' to replay the message, and now I'm quite anxious that we might end up with an enormous bill if this turns out to be a dodgy scam.
