i'm not based in the uk but saw a missed call from this number. didn’t call back since i didn’t know who it was.

At first, the person on the phone acted way too chummy, calling me by my first name. They claimed we had a chat back in Feb about life insurance but that the costs put me off. Now, apparently, they could offer a better deal with no pressure. I never caught what company they were representing. Their tone was pushy but trying to seem nice, like they wanted to drag the call out after I said I wasn’t interested. After about another minute of this, I had to firmly say I wanted to hang up before they finally stopped.

I called back but just ended up at some generic voicemail with no one picking up. Feels pretty dodgy to me.
