Some bloke called Eddie just got in touch with me claiming to be from BT Openreach about a supposed internet security issue. He asked me to jump onto my PC to show me the problem, but he sounded dodgy and wasn’t keen on sharing his phone number, which ended up being 0203 454478. I'd steer clear of this one - it smelt like a scam, especially since earlier he said he was calling for Amazon.
