Loads of the time it was just busy, and other times I’d get an automated voice then about 40 seconds of ringing, followed by "sorry we're busy, please call back later". On the 207th try, I finally got past the robot and into the waiting line, where it said I'd have to wait an hour to talk to someone. After hanging on for over 2 hours, I finally got connected to an agent. It took less than five minutes with them to sort out my refund.6 yearsI called this number to sort out a refund for my holiday which got cancelled. I was told all agents were busy and had to wait on hold. I ended up waiting two separate times for about half an hour each and still no one picked up. Used up loads of my phone minutes, over 200 I reckon. In the end, I just gave up and hung up.
