Could be anywhere, like South Africa or somewhere else. I got a few holidays with them booked this year and they’ve got no real reason to ring me. Usually, it’s just to push you to upgrade something you’ve already paid for, so be careful if they call. its tui (thompson holiday parent firm) even if the number looks like its from london it might not be actually from there, could be from south africa or anywhere really. ive got a few holidays booked with them this year and they shouldn't be calling me. usually they ring to try and get you to pay extra for an existing booking, so be cautious if they call and you're left feeling uneasy or they dont really say much. if that happens, best to report it to tui head office or your local branch or agents asap.
