Since I’m totally deaf and rely just on texts, I was kind of shocked when this number rang me up. I had no clue who was calling or why, so I picked up and told them I was dead and they’d need to text me if they wanted to reach out. After checking this site, I found out who it was (yep, I gave a donation earlier today). From now on, I’ll just block any calls from that number.

Honestly, I feel like many of us did try to understand situations before, which is why we've already contributed. But the truth is, a lot of folks just want to help out when they’re able and don’t appreciate constant calls pestering them for cash they simply can't spare.
