4 yearsBeware of these so called travel centres, they’re total scammers. They messaged me on Facebook claiming they had cheap flights from Ghana to Birmingham. Then they rang and said the ticket cost £570, which I had to pay all at once. They told me I could just put down a £100 deposit, so I thought I’d go with it and gave them my card info. After that, they kept saying the payment wouldn’t go through and then sent me a text with a code, asking me to give it to them. Luckily, my bank warned me never to share any codes or personal info with anyone, because they’re just trying to steal the £100 by charging it to some random mobile account. They also told me to hang up immediately. Since I already gave my card details, I had no choice but to cancel my card and get a new one from the bank. Massive scam, honestly. Don’t fall for it - just hang up straight away and block them.GhanaBirmingham12 yearsI didn’t bother to leave a message in the end.12 yearsi got called by some firm claiming they could sort me a loan after paying upfront.. total rip off!13 yearsKeeps ringing non stop, proper pain when I’m just trying to catch some z’s after a night shift.13 yearsBeen getting calls from this number for a while now.
