When I picked up, they started asking if I had any damp issues in my home. I told them I hadn’t reported anything like that. Then, I tried to find out which company they were from, but the caller just ended the call. Pretty odd behaviour from 02034177821.

Vanquis bank, once I went through the security checks, the guy with the South African accent was really patient and got why I was hesitant to share my card details and CVC. He let me sort out my direct debit myself through the app, which was great.

These #### keep ringing me every single day. I've never used their services, got no debts with them at all. When I pick up, they just stay silent and then drop the call. It’s like clockwork, every day!!!

Vanquis Bank. Had a really nice chat with a young guy from South Africa. He asked me some security stuff, then managed to confirm my email and account info. I’ve been having a tough time keeping up with repayments, but he’s frozen my account for a month, giving me a bit of breathing space without annoying calls or letters. He was super understanding, friendly and professional the whole way through.

Vanquis Bank. Got a call from a young guy with a South African accent who was really helpful and polite. He asked me a few security questions and then confirmed my email and account info. I've been having trouble keeping up with repayments, but he kindly put my account on hold for 30 days to give me time to get things sorted without more calls or letters. He was really understanding and professional all through the conversation.

I explained that with the rising cost of living, my priority has to be gas and electric bills. They said they get it, but still keep adding late fees and refuse to accept smaller payments. Pretty frustrating situation.

Robyn rang me from VANQUIS. We had a really good chat, and she even gave me tips on dodging extra fees. She helped me set up a payment plan that’s pretty reasonable. This call isn’t great if you owe money on your credit card, obviously. Fix it up. Big thanks to Robyn for the help. Definitely a 10/10 from me!

vanquis kept ringing me up 3 times today 'cause I was a day late with a payment, but payday comes when it comes, right? Every time they called, I told them I'd paid already and they said sorry for the bother. Still, getting two more calls after that just to hear the same thing again is proper frustrating.

I’ve had some experience with the Vanquis credit card. To be fair, they did keep pestering me with calls and emails after I first expressed a bit of interest. It felt rather relentless until I finally gave in and signed up. Just a word of caution if you're contemplating it!
