Just wanted to say, all this PPI stuff is a load of rubbish.

Got a call earlier today from this number, a bloke named Syed. When I asked where he was calling from, he said London and claimed he was ringing about some old PPI claims being looked at on behalf of Yorkshire Bank. He gave me an 0800 number, 08000253499, saying I could ring it to verify he was legit and then he would call me back. I told him I wasn’t keen on calling a number he gave me, I’d check with the bank myself instead. He didn’t seem bothered by that, but I just said I wasn’t interested anyway. Still tempted to ring that 0800 just to find out who’s answering!

Got a call from this number earlier, they said they were from my bank and checking up on a PPI claim. I told them to send something in writing or else I'd contact the bank myself, which I plan to do soon. Bit suspicious if you ask me.
