Got a dodgy call from 020 3411 8527. They said they were ringing about a car crash I supposedly had, I asked them which one, and they said the one from 2018. I told them I’ve had three, so which one do you mean? (Never even had a car, lol.) They just hung up on me :)

Got a call about a “recent” accident, stayed calm and told them I hadn’t been in any accident. After that, the person got really rude and started shouting before hanging up. This isn’t the first time they’ve called me, so I’ve blocked the number - but I’m sure they’ll try again from another one soon.

I totally messed with them, told em I heard they’d had a nasty crash and that if they called 999 and asked for Sergeant Watkins from New Scotland Yard, just hand over all your info and the bloke would sort you out with a big surprise. They fell for it proper!

Had a bit of time to kill so I just pretended I didn’t get it. Then asked if I could share my debit card details, started rattling off some random digits, reckon they were proper hooked. Finished up by telling them to go multiply or something daft like that. Then I blocked them!
