Pretty much the same as what everyone else is saying. Got a call from someone with an Asian accent saying they were from O2, offering me 20% off my phone bill. Sounded nice at first. But when I asked where exactly they were calling from, they just repeated that it was O2. Then when I told them I don’t even have an O2 contract, they insisted I was on their system as a customer (which I am, but still felt fishy). Honestly, O2 seriously need to improve their security measures!

Had a call from a woman with a heavy accent about some 20% off deal from O2 for loyal users. She passed me on to a 'manager' who claimed he could bypass O2's system and gave me a big code, then asked me to repeat it out loud - didn’t realise I shouldn’t’ve done that. Afterwards, I jumped onto the myO2 chat online, and luckily, nothing had been changed or bought on my account. Dodged a bullet this round, but definitely need to keep my wits about me next time!

Got a call from 02034108409, some lady with an asian accent said she was from O2 and tried to sell me 20% off my contract. Thing is, I’m not even with O2 so it was obviously a scam. I’ve blocked the number now. This isn’t the first time I’ve had calls like this, always from London numbers.

I got a call from a woman speaking with an Asian accent who said she was from O2. She tried to convince me I could get 20% off my O2 contract, but since I don’t actually have one, it was obviously a dodgy scam. I’ve seen a few similar calls before, all coming from London numbers. I’ve gone ahead and blocked this number now.

I found it quite challenging to decipher the call due to the caller's thick accent and the speed at which they were speaking. Eventually, it became clear that she was promoting some sort of debt counselling service with a supposed 20% discount contingent upon signing a contract. Seems a bit dodgy, if you ask me! Could well be a scam?

It seems there’s been a rather alarming situation with someone impersonating O2. They gained my trust and managed to sneakily access my account to order an iPhone, all at my expense! I'm seriously warning everyone to stay vigilant; it nearly led to a loss of £1290 for me!
