Received a call from someone claiming to represent O2. I decided to ring them back using 141, only to be met with a robotic message saying the individual wasn’t available. It even offered me the option to leave a voicemail! Really? A complete fraud, if you ask me. People like this ought to be behind bars - absolutely disgraceful behaviour!
