I can't stress enough how wise it would be to steer clear of these folks! Never divulge any banking details or financial information to them; it’s simply not worth the risk!

Got loads of scam calls lately from what sounds like a call centre abroad, probably somewhere in India. They claim to be from a company checking call quality, but it’s all a trick. What’s worst is they already have some personal info and even bits of credit card details, and then try to get the rest by asking you to confirm everything. Honestly, don’t ever give them your bank info. These scammers are seriously slick. It’s mad how some UK telecom firms seem to let these dodgy overseas callers get away with it, and yet the government just sits on their hands.
