Recently, I got a call from them, and after chatting for quite a while, I ended up placing an order - not a huge amount though. The next day, after doing some proper research online, I started having second thoughts and rang to cancel. By then, the payment had already gone through. They told me the order hadn’t shipped yet and assured me a refund would be processed. That was on 19th November. So far, no other dodgy charges have appeared on my card, but I still haven’t seen the refund come through. When I called again today, they asked for my details and said someone would call me back. But as soon as I started giving them my info, the call suddenly went dead.
