So I got a call from someone saying my home appliance cover, which they claimed I'd held all of last year, was about to run out and needed renewing. They supposedly looked up my details and began listing the appliances covered before trying to get me to pay. I cut them off and asked if they could send out a washing machine repair guy for tomorrow instead. They put me on hold to check with their supervisor but never returned to the call.
