When my mum said they didn’t have any insurance like that, the caller got pushy, saying he had the policy details and wanted to talk to my dad! The chap on the other end couldn’t provide any specifics, which was a tad odd since I’ve not been in any mishap whatsoever. I tried to prod him for more information, but he was mysteriously tight-lipped. What makes this even more frustrating is that I’m signed up to the Government’s Telephone Preference Service, which is meant to prevent such unsolicited calls. How on earth do they get away with it?

Got a ring from this number today (5th November 2021), and when I requested the caller to leave a message, they just hung up. It seems clear to me that this is a spam offender, as I've heard it's been flagged by numerous people before.

Got a call from someone saying they were from "The insurance company" about my home appliances. I let the call run for a bit but ended up hanging up. Seemed a bit dodgy, probably a scam.
