I got a call from a woman who spoke with what sounded like an Indian accent, and there was a lot of background noise like a call centre. When I asked who she was and which company she was calling from, she just kept asking if I was the owner of the phone. So I ended the call.

Got a call from a lady who sounded like she might be Indian, with a bit of an accent. She asked straight for me by my name. There was a lot of noise in the background, like a busy place. This is the third time in 48 hours from different numbers. Adding this one to my blocked list as well.

These lot have been calling me ever since before Christmas. I’ve got Truecaller and blocked them, but still it shows 12 missed calls in just the past 3 days. They stop for a bit, then after a few weeks they start up all over again. Don’t pick up or share any details, just block and report if you can. They also kept bugging my son until he finally answered and said he wasn’t the adult and would get one. Then he put them on hold for ages, making them rack up charges.
