If someone is making threats, that’s totally not on and the person responsible should be made to answer for it. They need to ban this rubbish once and for all. I just turned down a ring from this number and after seeing what others are saying, I’ve now blocked it. Honestly, it feels like the authorities just don't bother with these scam calls. But if the stories about people being watched in their own homes are true, something needs to happen soon. Someone vulnerable might believe the scam and end up handing over money or worse, get so stressed it could cause serious health problems like a heart attack or stroke, or even push them into doing something desperate.
