Saw a missed call earlier, luckily I couldn’t answer. Thought I’d just chuck it in with the numbers for London.

Got a random call where the person asked for me by name. I was like, "What's this regarding?" and they said it was nothing important. I told them I’m not worried but just want to understand what this is all about. Then the bloke just hit me with "f*** you" and abruptly ended the call. Weird experience!

I recently had an encounter with someone who claimed to represent the World Economic Forum. They were probing into my financial circumstances and seemed quite interested in whether I would consider making an investment. It all felt a bit off, to be honest. Anyone else have similar experiences?

What a right pickle! I received a call from a chap who said he was Viktor from the World Economic Forum, quizzing me about my finances and various investments. He had such a courteous and intelligent tone that I nearly fell into his trap! Quite the crafty individual, I must say!

Just had my second ring of the day. This one wasn’t silent though; the bloke said he was calling from some call blocking firm, claiming he’d sort out all the pesky telemarketers and update my call blocking settings or something.

I received a call that rang once and then cut off, so it only appears as a missed call on my phone. Oddly enough, it didn’t make a sound while it happened!

They had my entire name! Claimed they were calling to conduct a survey regarding the economic situation after Covid-19. I didn’t waste a moment and just ended the call right away.

Got a call from some asian bloke about the covid stuff. I said I wasn't bothered and just put the phone down. Next thing, he calls back again so I blocked the number. After that, I got another ring from 01200640084 which showed up on my phone as spam. Proper annoying.

I've had a curious call inquiring whether I, my business, or my employer faced any repercussions from Covid. They also probed into the kinds of investments I've dabbled in and what amount I'd recommend putting in. Can't quite tell if this is on the up and up, or if it’s just a clever ruse...
