Received a call from a woman claiming to represent an energy firm regarding a business that was sold ages ago. I requested to be removed from their list, then hung up. She rang me back and hurled some vile insults, calling me a c*nt and a b*tch. Absolutely appalling behaviour and quite clearly some sort of scam.

Received a rather shifty cold call from an energy broker, definitely not the most trustworthy lot. I'd strongly advise steering clear and do make sure to report them to the Telephone Preference Service.
