The calls sometimes involve requests for partial card information and address verification, which has led to concerns about legitimacy and data protection. Experiences range from polite and professional to suspicious due to broken English and confusing procedures, with some customers wary of potential scams. This number keeps ringing but no one ever talks, it’s happening quite often and getting really frustrating.

Phone rang and went straight to voicemail, but they just hung up without saying anything!

I got a call from this number about six minutes ago, and as soon as it started ringing, I hit the block button and the call cut off right away.

I’ve been getting calls from these lot up to half a dozen times daily. Never leave a voicemail or anything. Honestly, they’re such a nuisance.

Got a dodgy cold call from some shady company pushing stuff in a really pushy and confusing way. Pretty sure it was illegal spam.

AutoDoc is a dodgy drop-shipping car parts business. If you get a faulty part, forget about getting your money back since they really dislike processing returns. They’re a nasty German firm pretending to be based in the UK.

I received a call from this number asking for Mr Duncan, but sadly, my partner passed away over a year ago. I made it clear that they should refrain from contacting us again, and I've now blocked the number. The caller had an Asian accent and was inquiring about bank details for some order. Quite frankly, it’s highly improbable that my late partner is placing orders using a MasterCard from beyond! Very frustrating, to say the least.

Onlinecarparts[###] - They rang me to confirm my delivery info and double check for any fraud, since I bought some springs from them.

Autodoc called me, supposedly just to verify some details - address, card type and the last 4 digits. About half an hour later, I reckon the poor bloke on the line probably regretted making that call. He was calling from Germany but using a fake London number, which you don’t even see on the Autodoc site. Their security feels like it’s straight out of a fraud 101 manual. I told them they really ought to bring in a proper expert to sort out their customer service and security.

Got a call from Autodoc confirming something. They asked some really strange questions like my address, last 4 digits of my card, expiry date and all that. They said it’s because they’re sending stuff from abroad or something.

buycarparts[###] I've already handed over my details and paid, so I don't get why they're ringing me again asking for my info. Seems dodgy as hell to me.

I made a purchase through Autodoc[###], which appears to be linked to several related firms supplying car parts throughout Europe. Their office is in Berlin, and they phoned me to double-check my address, find out who would get the delivery, whether it was for personal or business use, what kind of card I paid with, the bank name, last four digits, and my email. They also confirmed when the parts would be sent. It seemed like they were just making sure the order wasn’t a scam.

Might have been an order from AutoDoc. They said they were from Best Parts Store! Tried to verify my address for security, they said its for first time buyers. I wasnt in the mood for this hassle, even if it's genuine, so I told em to cancel my order. If they have an app on Google Play, they should really have secure payment options.

I was on the AutoDoc website looking for some details via their chat and was told a team member would ring me within 2 minutes. Then this number popped up on my phone as "Best Parts Store" and they started asking for order info, my address, card type, bank, last 4 digits, and all that. They said it was some kind of registration check for new customers. It felt a bit off to me since I've never had to do stuff like this before. Now I'm just waiting to see what happens next, and if anything dodgy comes up, I'm definitely contacting my bank's fraud department.

I suspect that this could be autodoc, a German firm specialising in car components. They've got a valid reason for needing the chassis or VIN number to ensure the parts are the right fit. Plus, they sent me an email, and I got back to them regarding it.

Got a call from some random person in Poland, and look, maybe you are legit but after I put my order in through a secure site, do you honestly expect me to give all my details over the phone? If you’re gonna ring customers after they order, then could you at least let people know on your website so they’re not caught off guard?
