Got a call early in the morning, around 7:40, from someone with an Indian accent. They claimed to be calling from a trading firm based in London and asked how I was doing. I just told them I wasn’t interested, ended the call, and added the number to my block list straight away.

The person I spoke to couldn’t speak English very well at all! When I asked where they got my number from, she said it was from social media, but I’ve never shared my phone number on any site like that. I had the odd experience of being approached by a chap keen to chat about online investments. He reckoned he had a deal so good I couldn’t pass it up. The only catch? He didn't seem to grasp a word of Welsh!
