Got caught out by these lot. First they hit me with a call-out charge, then they slapped on a ridiculous fee for some "work" that was never even done. Proper scam if you ask me.

If you don’t put the number on block, they’ll just keep ringing you nonstop.

I got a plumber to come out, and they said it would be £50 just to show up plus whatever for labour and any parts. The job only took about three minutes and they didn’t even need any parts! Still, they hit me with a bill for £414. Absolute rip-off, felt totally scammed!
