Some bloke called me knowing my business name and went straight into asking loads about my card machine and which bank I’m with. When I turned the tables and asked about their firm, he just went quiet. I told him off, said I’m not falling for any cheeky scams. Definite scam, don’t pick up if you get a call like that!

Same old story, some bloke said I'd been in an accident. I switched to a spooky voice and told them I hadn’t been in any accident but I could predict who might have one - her, if she kept ringing me! Obviously they didn’t bother stopping but it made me chuckle. I’ve noticed that any calls starting with 0203 are best just ignored.

Someone called and asked if I’d been in an accident that wasn’t my fault. I said yes even though I hadn’t, and then they put me through to their ‘expert solicitor’. When I asked for the company’s name, there was a weird silence and then they hung up. That number’s definitely on my blocked list now!

I asked a few questions but then they just went silent. When I asked what was wrong they just kept repeating the same things. I tried asking again but got no proper answer. Then I got passed onto someone else and when I started complaining a bit they went quiet and sent me back to the first person who still couldn’t give me any answers.

I’m proper fed up after getting over 500 calls in the past few years! Some woman told me I’d been in a car crash! I kept saying no, I haven’t had any accident, this is about the 500th time I’ve said it. I even asked her nicely to remove my number from their list, and she goes, “When did your accident happen?” That’s when I totally lost it, can’t even say what I told her! Bet she hung up while I was having a rant lol.

I’m honestly exhausted with these constant calls. The moment you block one number, they ring from another. It’s driving me mad every single day. I have to keep my phone switched on because my daughter’s sick with kidney failure. I really wish there was some punishment for these idiots, or that the law cracked down harder, cos this is just pure harassment!

These accident claim scammers are a joke. I told them YES, I got into a deadly crash where a sharp corner chopped my head right off. Now my d#### is totally wrecked and I asked if I could claim for my head to be stitched onto a brand new, warm body. So far they’ve bumped me up three stages of their claim process with this story. Honestly, you just have to laugh.
