Got a call from a guy named Bob, sounded like he was from Africa, strong accent and all. He was trying to sell some business finance from a company called AIWOCA. Definitely one of those cold calls out of the blue.

Received a call but they didn’t bother to leave a message. I’m presuming it’s one of those pesky spam calls.

They contacted me, purporting to be representatives from IWOCA about some business financing options. I mentioned that I wasn't really looking for a loan at the moment, yet I have to say, they did come across as quite credible. Just not something I’m after right now, to be fair.

Someone rang me up with quite a thick accent, wanting to speak to the manager about some government aid programs. I told him we weren’t interested and ended the call. Not entirely sure if it was genuine, but it felt a bit off to me.
