I've just received another call purporting to be from Windows support-can you believe it? The voice on the line was Asian but introduced itself with a typical English name. They attempted to get me to press the Windows key and R and then type in some command, all while claiming that my computer was allegedly infected with malware. It's the same old trick! Don’t be taken in by their ruse!

We’re employed at a computer support business, and a gentleman contacted us feeling quite anxious and confused regarding the situation. He was able to collect quite a bit of information about the caller, noting a consistent pattern emerging: an individual with an Indian accent going by the name "Roy." The details provided included the phone number 02033183462, extension 360, and identifying as eTech Support, based at Twenty-Four Broadway Street, London. Given the nature of the call, we recognised it as fraudulent straightaway and promptly hung up.

Blimey! It seems these scammers are still at it, trying to catch innocent folks off guard. We run a computer support business, and the other day, a chap rang us, quite anxious and perplexed about how to proceed. He managed to gather quite a bit of information about the caller. Interestingly, the individual had a classic Indian accent but introduced himself with an English name-“Roy”, no less! The number he dialled from was 02033183462 ext 360, claiming to be from some tech support team in London at a place on Broadway Street. It was clear as day this was a ruse, so we promptly ended the call. Stay vigilant, everyone!
