Today, at precisely 15:10, I received a rather alarming call from the number 02032994823. The person on the line claimed to be from HM Revenue, accusing me of submitting a fraudulent claim. They insisted that if I didn’t stay on the line to chat with an advisor, I risked having a warrant issued for my arrest! Naturally, I was quite taken aback and decided to end the call. When I tried to return the call, a chap answered, saying it was a doctor's surgery. It's quite clear that HM Revenue would never reach out to anyone via phone like that!
