Got a call from a number that looked legit but I reckon it was "spoofed". The bloke on the line had an Asian accent and claimed he was from O2, saying they were reaching out to Virgin ex-customers to update info. Then suddenly, a “supervisor” popped up, threatening to disconnect my phone if I didn't answer their questions. They even sent me a text with a code to try and make it look real. Definitely felt off to me.
