Got a call from someone pretending to be BT Openreach, saying I needed to switch my router channel. I’m pretty iffy about it though.

I got a call from BT Openreach about an issue with my internet. The man sounded South Asian and the phone line was really scratchy and crackly. He tried to guide me step-by-step on switching the channels on my router, but honestly, with the terrible connection, there was no way I could understand or do what he said. If it was legit, it still would’ve been impossible to follow through.
