Got a call from someone claiming to be from 3 network. I asked straight up if they were a scam, and when I asked them to prove they were really from 3, they just cut me off. I get loads of calls like that from people pretending to be them.

Got a call from someone saying they were with O2 and wanted to talk about my account - problem is, I’ve never had one. Definitely a scam.

I got a call from this number earlier today. The woman on the other end had such a thick accent that I couldn't make heads or tails of what she was saying. I even asked her to say it again, but it was still a total mystery to me. Since it was a number I didn't recognise, I decided to end the call and erase the number from my contacts straight away.

I had a ring come through, but when I picked up the phone, it turned out to be nothing more than a pre-recorded message. Quite frustrating, I must say!

I’d exercise caution. It definitely seemed like a call centre fishing for personal details. When I inquired about how they obtained my number, they abruptly hung up. Quite dodgy if you ask me!

It appears this is a fraudulent operation masquerading as O2. Quite the cheeky ruse, if you ask me!

Loads of calls coming from numbers beginning with O2, and it’s pretty clear they’re scams. O2 wouldn’t ring you up out of the blue offering deals like that.

I had an O2 call, i dropped the phone quick as there was some weird foreign accent on the other end.

020 3290 4518 Got a call from a woman claiming to be from “O2” trying to pitch me a better contract. She was going on about an iPhone 15, unlimited calls, texts, a set amount of data and 500 international mins, all in a SIM plan supposedly priced around £14. I told her I was fine paying my current provider, who I’ve stuck with for like 15 years, at about £10 a month. She then said she could match my existing deal, which made me wonder why I’d bother switching at all. After that, she dropped the price to £8! Honestly, these sales calls never give up, do they?
