So yeah, got a ring from this number again, another supposed HMRC scam trying to pull a fast one...

Today I got a voicemail from this number pretending to be the tax office. They said they’re checking up on me and warned that if I didn’t ring them back right away, I’d face arrest. Obviously, I didn’t bother calling them back!

I just got a call from someone claiming to be from HMRC saying I’m being investigated and threatening to arrest me if I didn’t ring them straight away. Seems like a total scam to me.
