I’ve been in conversation with a member of your team for the past few weeks regarding a loan application. Initially, I was informed that I needed to pay £80 to secure a £1000 loan. However, later I was advised that an additional £96 was required. I was promised that the funds would appear in my account by 1pm, but when I checked, nothing had come through. After reaching out again, I was told to expect it by 5pm, which also did not happen. At this point, I’m struggling to get in touch with any advisor. If possible, could someone get in touch with Lyn to update her on the whereabouts of the loan? The lack of communication is concerning, and having already paid £175, I may need to consult my solicitor if this situation remains unresolved. Attempts to reach you on the mentioned number have proven futile.
