I've been receiving calls from this number on the business line, and it's been nothing short of a nightmare. The callers, who seem to be from an Indian call centre, are incredibly rude and incessantly bombard me and my colleagues with foul language. They prattle on about utter nonsense, making it a rather unpleasant experience for everyone involved.

Got a call from an Indian call centre and when I asked them to quit ringing my work number since I'm registered with the TPS, they started shouting and being really rude. Proper annoying!

totally think this is a scam too. i tried to get the company name, address and the phone number from the woman but she spoke in really bad english with a pakistani accent and couldnt answer. after a while she just dropped the call on me.

They said they were from some servicing division of the UK energy board or the national grid or something, but I couldn’t find any company or department with that name anywhere. They gave me that phone number to ring back on. The story was pretty confusing, about me being overcharged on my electricity bill and that they’d refund me, but then they wanted all my bank info and other details. They even asked who supplies me. I just told them thanks for letting me know and that I'd check with my actual supplier. Feels like a total scam to me.
