This number is a scam for sure. Someone called acting like they were from my bank, saying they were blocking a dodgy transaction. When I said I’d end the call and contact my bank myself, they started getting pushy. After I hung up, I checked with my actual bank and they told me someone did try to buy something on my card, but it was declined and they sent me a new card.

This number just called me too, saying I could get half off my bill. They couldn’t really give me straight answers, kept avoiding my questions though. The person had a thick Indian accent which made it hard to follow. When they asked for my date of birth and full name, I got suspicious and ended the call. Then they rang me back right away, seemed pretty pushy.

Got loads of calls from this number. A bloke called David was on the line, and he had quite a thick Indian accent. He claimed to be with O2 and asked how much my bill came to, then mentioned some contract deal starting at £12.82. He asked for my bank info to start a direct debit. Tried to tempt me with a free Samsung tablet as well. But if I’m already an O2 customer, why would I need to set up another direct debit? He insisted he was legit, saying he had access to my account details, though I could barely catch what he was saying half the time.
